Stem Cells
A stem cell has the ability to multiply (self replicate) for indefinite periods. Under the right conditions, or given the right signals, stem cells can give rise (differentiate) to many cell types that make up the organ.
Application of Stem Cells in Regenerative Medicine:
In adult organs, stem cells act as a repair mechanism for the body to replace damaged cells with healthy ones (regeneration) such as blood vessels, blood cells, skin cells, nerve cells, heart cells, muscle cells, etc.
Stem Cells present in the bone marrow are successful in clinical application for more than 40 years.
Stem Cell Isolation Services at NiSCELL:
NiSCELL processes ONLY autologous (patient's own) cells. 100-200 mL of patient's bone marrow (depending on the illness) will be aspirated in hospital and sent to NiSCELL under suitable condition. At NiSCELL CD34 and CD45 positive cells (Stem Cells) are isolated and sent back to the hospital for transfusion.
Safety:
NiSCELL's stringent GMP Protocols and Quality Control Systems ensure safety.
NiSCELL provides Stem Cell Isolation Services for:
-Peripheral Vascular Disease
-Spinal Cord Injury
-Cirrhosis of Liver
-Ischemic Heart Disease

Quality Control at NiSCELL:
The following tests are performed to ensure the safety of Immune Cells before transfusion.
1. Microbial Screening for bacterial and
fungal contamination
2. Endotoxin Test for harmful endotoxins.
3. Immunophenotyping to quantify Immune Cells.
Stringent current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) protocols and quality control systems are followed
